Dr. Bali motivated the profession to update their knowledge and skill, and with this end in view started Continuing Dental Education Programmes in the country.  To achieve this idea a countrywide campaign was started at the level of Dental Council of India, Indian Dental Association and through its 203 branches spread over in various corners of the country.  This programme was personally monitored by Dr. Bali to see that this newer scheme of updating the professional knowledge of most of our dental surgeons is adopted and implemented efficiently.
