During his tenure of eight years tenure as Advisor to the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, tendered advice for framing of national dental health policy.  Dr. Bali has been one of the main planners for laying down the oral health policy of the country which had never been done earlier.  The Govt. was advised to implement a policy with the budget sanctioned by the Planning Comm8ission and the Ministry of Health.

 

The Govt. of India was seeking advice on all dental health related matters including dental education, as and when need arose.
