Aimed to advance the science and art of dentistry for health & welfare of the public; bring together outstanding members of the dental profession in the world for fostering growth and diffusion of dental knowledge; cultivate and foster cordial relations amongst those engaged in the practice of the arts and sciences of dentistry and of medicine and allied branches; to recognize conspicuous and meritorious service to the profession of dentistry; to establish and maintain a high standard of competency and character for practioners of dentistry; to maintain the dignity of the profession in its relation to the patient, to instruct the public in oral hygiene and attempt to secure a higher appreciation of the aims of the dental profession, etc.

 

Due to the voluntary contribution to the profession, Dr. Bali has been upgraded as Master of International College of Dentists, USA (India & Sri Lanka Section), from Fellow.

 

Co-authored a Textbook of Pedodontics (Dentistry for children) which comprehensively covers all the topics of the subject with latest advances, and is useful for undergraduates, post-graduates, research workers, teachers and practitioners alike.
